7-Day Meditation Series with Bradley T Morris (Audio Recordings)

After taking a couple years off from leading meditation groups to focus on growing my online business, I am excited to be coming back to teaching and facilitating again.

Below will be where you can access all of the recordings from my 7-Day Meditation Series.

Each day will have a differnet theme and intention for it.

DAY 1: Breathing through Anxiety

We all experience some form of anxiety in our modern world. Whether it’s due to relationships, finances, work, world events, health or in my case today, technology…. we all experience some form of anxiety on an almost daily basis. 

This meditation will support you to go deep into the bottom of your belly and gently release any pent-up anxiety that you’ve been holding on to.

DAY 2: Staying Centred through Change and Uncertainty

Change is inevitable in life. At the moment, I am going through several big transitions and am finding it so important to come back to my centre, so that I can navigate this uncertainty with confidence, clarity and a grounded perspective.

This practice will help you grow roots so you can be the calm in the centre of whatever storm (or change) you may be growing through in your life.

DAY 3: Pulling your Energy Back Into You

So much of our energy is projecting into future moments or past experiences. 

Today’s practice is about pulling all of your energy back into your body, so you can be fully present with what is real. This is where all of your power exists.

DAY 4: Sitting with Self Judgement

Living in self judgement is the ultimate self sabotage.

It causes us to dim our light, stay small and not give the gifts we were born to share. Today’s practice will be an opportunity to sit with the negative stories we hold within us and to decide if these are stories we wish to carry forward from here.

DAY 5: Appreciating Others 

In our life we have thousands of people who come and go, giving us these deep, meaningful and lasting gifts. most of these gifts go unnoticed or unacknowledged.

Today’s meditation will have you sitting int hat silent space, offering gratitude and acknowledgement to the people who have blessed your path.

DAY 6: Energy Cultivation Practice 

Ever feel sluggish or like you’re in a funk?

Well this short meditation is going to offer you a 1000 watts of gratitude and breath to help you cultivate more energy RIGHT NOW. This practice will show you how to turn your energy up.

DAY 7: The Morning Meditation Practice

My morning practice is what grounds me, clears my mind and fuels me for the day ahead.

In this practice I talk a little bit about my morning rituals and then lead you through an activatng practice to get you up on the right side of the bed.

What about the pastry collection being an app with a shuffle feature so the universe can play its part in offering the listener the most appropriate meditation? Through shuffle on sound cloud is how I first heard cowabunga best sleep ever. Which was fabulous. Though I can not find it any more. Thank you. I appreciate lv jx

Hi Bradley, it is a Pleasure hearing from you again since the cowabunga series. just went through your youtube channel and browsed a bunch of your videos. I came across a video title “Abundance Sermon”, lol so good. My wife decided to share your video on a FB page “light workers of the world”as soon as she sent it a gentleman offered free life coaching for the first few people that messaged him. needless to say she was the first to receive the coaching. “I AM ABUNDANT NOW!” ;P
Anyway the whole reason I started this message is that I was looking to get ahold of the meditations that you have for kids. Thanks for your time , cheers!
